"From a startup with a novel device to a category-defining brand inside hospital systems."
Situation
Kurin had a clinically validated blood culture diversion device, but limited visibility in a market dominated by legacy suppliers. They needed sustained reach into clinicians and hospital procurement.
Strategy
Long-horizon SEO build for clinical search terms, paid media targeting hospital decision-makers, and a sustained video program that translated technical evidence into shareable content for the field sales team.
Outcome
Eight consecutive years of partnership, growing alongside the company through every stage. Continuous lead generation into a complex, considered sale.

Situation
A 60-year-old outdoor heritage brand with equity but a digital presence that didn't reflect it. DTC was a small fraction of revenue.
Strategy
Partnered with Libre Design on the rebrand and digital experience. Built integrated paid media, SEO, and email programs that connected the new brand identity to in-market demand.
Outcome
512% year-over-year revenue growth in DTC. The brand re-established itself as a credible direct presence.
Case 03 · Nuevo Group
Cielo Campaign

Situation
A growing real estate developer launching Cielo — a curated collection of seven architecturally distinct luxury homes — needed senior marketing leadership across brand, web, and lead generation.
Strategy
Stepped in as acting marketing director. Built the Cielo brand campaign with Libre — naming system, tone of voice, lookbooks, digital magazine, multi-format social, paid, and direct sales channels.
Outcome
A complete campaign system spanning print and digital, activating a private architectural release for high-net-worth buyers — operating end-to-end without a full-time hire.
